Our aim is to encourage and to assist development: be it economic, social, cultural and educational. The town of Zagare, Joniškis Region in northern Lithuania, and its surrounding area, is our primary area of activity. We place special emphasis on local initiative and local empowerment, especially for young groups and those with a social disadvantage.   Lithuania Link was established in 1996. Since then its relationship with the town of Zagare and community has grown from strength to strength, through a wide variety of projects undertaken; ranging from environmental awareness to youth capacity building and training.
