In 1991 a V.Raila company "Viktorija technika" was founded. In 1993 it was reorganized into the Lithuanian and German company UAB "Volina". Since 1994 the Lithuanian and German company UAB "Volina" has been nare of the INFOBALT Association of Lithuanian information technologies, telecommunications and office equipment. In 1994 Volina became nare of Šiauliai Chamber of Commerce, Industry and Crafts. In 1995 its branches in Klaipeda and Vilnius were established. In 1997 Vilnius Branch was reorganized into the company UAB "Biuro mašinu pasaulis". Since 1999 "Volina" has been one of the biggest distributors of TOSHIBA copiers and fax machines in northern and western Lithuania. In 2001 the company became RICOH and BROTHER representative in Lithuania. The company’s main activity is sales and maintenance of copiers, fax machines and printers. At the present UAB " Volina " employs 27 people. In 2002 its Branch in Panevezys was established.
